The refund or exchange of new merchandise,unused and in its original packaging is possible within 30 days of the purchase transaction. 

Any refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For a purchase paid by PayPal, the refund will be made to the debit or credit card associated with the PayPal account.

 

Shipping and oversize charges are non-refundable.

A period of approximately one working day must be allocated to the processing of orders for items in stock, to which must be added a delivery period which depends on the delivery method chosen by the customer when ordering. If ever a product is not available, you will be notified.
